After lithium deposits found in JnK, Gold mines found in Odisha
My question is why all of a sudden these discoveries are being made. These materials were in the earth since a long long time but why havent we found them earlier.

Well I don't know about Odisha, but JnK had its own special status problems till recently. Now after the abrogation of Art 370, development is finally taking place. I mean the administration was busy with saving themselves from stone pelting, how can you expect them to discover new elements lol.
Now that they have done that, I hope they put it to good use.
